Review : First impression
Straight from the box, the mount was mainly as I expected - robust. The metal and welds are heavy duty, parts seem square and move smoothly, and the paint looks good. The manual is generally ok, but will require some learn-as-you-go. Other faults: a) various Peerless and vendor sites state 1" of vert. adjustment, but the pdf data sheet indicates only 0.79"; b) general info likewise state 200-pound capacity, but a sticker on the tilt-roll assembly states 175 pounds; c) the measurements needed to determine your mounting height are not included in the data sheets or the installation manual. Review the Peerless site: there are several related model numbers and some come w/o tv-mounting brackets (-UNL(P) includes mount).


I think, explains the few complaints respecting Peerless PLAV60-UNL(P) Universal Full-Motion Plus Wall Mount for 37 Inches to 60 Inches Displays (Black) with Vertical Adjust not fitting or leaking.
