Review : Nice product but I got a dud
I had issues setting up this model. It did not connect to the internet although it did connect to my home network. It insisted on updating the firmware but I could not do this via the internet or from a DVD. It played standard DVDs with stunning picture and sound. Rather than exchange it, I requested a refund. The Global Electronics was courteous about it and refunded both the cost of the unit as well as my shipping costs. I purchased a non-region free Panasonic BDT330 through Amazon and it is a champ. I probably should have just exchanged the unit I got with Global Electronics. I will but a region free player from them in the future.
