Review : Basic 5.1 System with Integrated Wi-Fi
This is a basic 5.1 sound system with integrated Wi-Fi; it won't blow you away and fill up a home theater with movie theater sound but it does a fine job in an average size room. I'm using it in a 16 foot x 18 foot room with a 32" TV. That seems to be a good room size for these speakers.

FYI:
2.1 means that there are 2 speakers and a subwoofer.
5.1 mean that there are 5 speakers (2 front, 2 rear, 1 center front) and a subwoofer.

Setting it up is not too complicated. All the speaker wires & the connections on the back of the receiver/Blu -ray player are color coded so it's pretty easy. The included directions are minimal and the owner's manual is on a disc. I went to the LG website to get the owner's manual instead of just randomly pushing buttons on the remote while watching a Blu-ray to figure out how to adjust sound, etc. I wish they had included the owner's manual with the system; that seems pretty cheap. Sometimes you just need a paper copy...
