Review : Awesome clarity.
I wish I had been able to find a decent explanation as to the differences between the lite and normal versions.

The lite does not have an SD slot and will not play from USB. In effect, the normal version seems to have an in built player and file finder, whereas the lite requires a device or computer that has the player already as an input to project.

Not confirmed, but it also seems that you cannot adjust the brightness manually on the lite. Only preset configs can be used.

I think, explains the few grievance about Vivitek Qumi Q2-LITE W 300 Lumen WXGA HDMI 3D-Ready HD 720p Pocket DLP Projector (White) not fitting or leaking.

Hope this Vivitek Qumi Q2-LITE W 300 Lumen WXGA HDMI 3D-Ready HD 720p Pocket DLP Projector (White) comment was helpful!
