Since amazon (correctly) places these reviews on multiple variants of the same basic screen, let me specify: This review is for the Elite VMAX2 106" 16:9.

Put simply:This screen sets a new high water mark for price/performance in my book.

The surface is 1.1 gain white. The case is a nice "crinkle" black, and we made a custom mount to match it. The screen mechanics are smooth, quiet, and perfectly adjusted right out of the box. The screen includes RF remote, IR Remote, Hardwire "pigtail" cable, and a hardwire wall mount switch. The surface is almost perfectly flat, despite being a roll up screen.

I did notice that the bracket on one end is ever so slightly higher than the other end. Maybe 1/16 of an inch. This will make no difference in almost all installations. In my case, I caught it before I custom drilled a mount that has to line up exactly along the length of the screen. Again, this will make no difference to most... just measure each screen...
