Review : Awesome Plasma! I just bought this TV yesterday and it's definitely a beast! I paid 920 for it at hhgregg. This is my first 60" TV and I'm very glad that I decided to get this size as opposed to a 50" or 55". Viewing angles are excellent and the colors are insanely gorgeous.
Unfortunately, this TV refuses to play videos of any kind off of the USB port. I am NOT happy about this!
The picture wasn't all that great out of the box and I needed to do some calibration to get a picture that I wanted. I recommend that you consider doing the same to get the most out of your new plasma.
Here are the settings that I used:
Picture Mode: Expert 1 Energy Saving: Off Panel Light: 90 Contrast: 88 Brightness:50 H. Sharp: 22 V. Sharp: 22 Color: 48 Tint: 0
Now select Expert control
Dynamic Contrast: Off Color Gamut: Standard Edge Enhancer: On Color Filter: Off Gamma: 2.2 Color Temperature:...
